Peak Use Flex Plan

Array’s Peak Usage Flex Plan allows organizations to seamlessly scale beyond their base concurrent user license without any actions on the part of IT. During a BCP event, users simply continue to log in and Array SPX Series hardware continues to absorb them.  With Array, the success of the BCP plan does not hinge on any one process or individual.

The Peak Use Flex Plan requires an SPX2800 or higher system with a minimum base of 250 concurrent users and an existing Array support plan. In addition to their base concurrent user license, customers purchase (on an annual basis) the option to burst to an appropriately sized concurrent user ceiling. If burst capacity is not used, customers pay only the annual fee; if burst capacity is used, an additional fee is due.

30-Day Certificates

Many organizations have seasonal or anticipated usage patterns. For example: tax firms needing additional remote access capacity during filing season or colleges and universities needing added capacity during registration. For these organizations, paying for peak remote access capacity year-round is not cost-effective.

30-Day Certificates range in denominations from 50 to 20,000 concurrent users licenses and, once activated, augment an Array system’s base concurrent license pack for a period of 30 days. Certificates are valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase, and require an existing Array support plan.
